Well, I do know that many "whois" sites will deny service to the IP of
anything that looks or smells like an automated tool. Of course, there
are ways around that, as we all know.
Yeah, surely. Although I suspect I could arrange for legitimate bulk
queries for a project like this. So if somebody presses ahead, feel free
to pull me in for that.
