I'm not sure how you consider it progress. Yes, he took down Hivemind, but
at the same time he mentioned legal action again you or the foundation (or
both). That's still blockable.
Well that was all before I started talking to him. I would not consider
actual legal action to be forward progress of course, nor would I
consider continued threats of it to be forward progress.
He seems to genuinely want to sort things out. I say, let's try.
