I don't believe that is the case. My experience of being moderated on
foundation-l was very similar to yours.
And we are going to rectify that.
It's still an open project, and the Foundation is really just a
meatspace appendage to Wikipedia. No offense.
My point is that DBAD still applies, even on foundation-l, and even if
you are Austin Hair.
