From my experience at least *some* of it would be useful. Not enough
that it's worth it to go through the hassle of requesting temporary
undeletion, though.

Yes, it's quite possible to find something useful in there, but I suspect
the amount of useful content in such a dump is about the percentage we have
of FAs on the live site: 0.08%.
