I too think this is quite an interesting idea - and will head over there to
take a look and register....
Also under discussion at the WikBack are the foundation's money issues - and
one way to side step some of the concerns might be for sites like WikBack
and HelpWiki to take ads and donate that money back to the WMF.. any
thoughts on that?

I do think the scope of this site is rather good as Wikipedia is
probably quite a daunting place due to its size and possible cabal-ish
feel for some people. An external place to provide help may be quite
good and reassuring despite the fact that Wikipedia has its own help
pages. Another help site could be stronger when it comes to discussing
the standard practice, if not the policies, of the Wikipedia community,
for example.
