Well, if they quote me that'll be my problem. I'll explain that my
qualifier "Practically" is meant to be understood as "He acts like
someone might assume he is..." I don't speak for Wikipedia/Wikimedia,
and I've been following the Overstock/Byrne issue in the news since it
first unfolded. He is litigious, but there's no risk to WMF. I
considered leaving that part out, but the fact is his activity
requires a strong adjective to be accurate.

You know, this sort of name-calling isn't particularly helpful, especially
in a public and official forum. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion,
but let's not start giving people medical diagnoses and handing The Register
another lovely quote. Mostly I'd suggest people just ignore him, that tends
to work fairly well.
