technicaly no however I don't think unpublished
student essys are a
citeable source.
It is not imposible that someone has writen a review
article by now
but I don't think they had back when that sentance was writen.
I'd be interested to hear what Jimbo has to say about writing on
Wikipedia the first ever review article for this subject.
