Is the Foundation making a statement on the copying of Wikipedia's

They are welcome to copy our work, so long as they comply with the
license. If they don't comply with the license, then they are doing
something unethical. As with other people who start new mirrors and at
first often make mistakes in license compliance, I am sure that they
will do the right thing in due course. We usually don't have to get too
agitated about it. :)
