Eh that would be an area where I think some general advice from Mike
Godwin could come in handy
I have this feeling his reply would be very like that of your more
aggressive surgeon: "if in doubt, whip it out". Obviously we have the
advantage over the sawbones that we can if necessary "put it back" without
killing the patient in between.
