Yes, but are good edits through an open proxy an offense per se? That
is the one that's a new one to me.
Well, *I* certainly don't revert them, nor do I block otherwise good
editors if they are using proxies. I, like most everyone else, just
block the proxies and move on. That said, the vast majority of editors
using proxies (though certainly not 100%) are using them for nasty
reasons.
