I was just pointing out that this will not always be the case. So long as people maintain a healthy scepticism in the review process, I think there's a lot of potential in the idea.
Yes - any such system will have to make it clear that the reviewed versions are *not* perfect and that the current version may be more up to date and better in other ways as well.
