Oh yeah. Unfortunately, I don't think we have the option, as a top 10
web site, not to. We do in fact need *something*, something that'll
work. That's why I posted to this list asking - doing nothing about
this isn't an option any longer.

An open noticeboard is ah risky. An OTRS style thing could work if you
could find a way to recruit beyond the usual suspects (say hang out at
RFA for a few weeks and try and recruit anyone who passes or indeed
fails if you like the look of them).
Wider than we need to get the message out to companies and goverments
(did you get asked about the NIDA edits btw?) the first port of call
for complaints should be the talk page.
