That would require manual archiving.
Better, IMO, to have a set "notice" period for each venue, and to
"post-date" the notice, so the bot archives it at the end of that
notice period. It's easy to fool bots like that! :-)
You could code the "notice period" into the bot as well. So both
methods would work.
