We could, right now, put a link on the anonnotice to "Report a problem" that
links to create a new section on the talk page, but that would be only the
most minimal of the suggested improvements, some of which may require
developer intervention.

What would happen to these articles? I guess in the system I've
tentatively been proposing, you would have a long stream of tags along
the lines of "Factually incorrect: NO BUSH LIED ITS ALL ABOUT OIL!!1"
or something. Perhaps there should be a way to indicate that certain
pages not be eligible for driveby assistance - "thanks, but we have
more than enough helpers on this page. Care to look at some
[[...|others]]?"
Good point.
Incidentally, anyone yet know how to implement this?
