No, but that decision is best made by editors familiar with the
subject matter in the regular editorial fashion, rather than being
imposed from outside by an AFD nomination.
Note that the entire content of an article does not have to be from
secondary sources; it just needs to be verifiable. For
uncontroversial detail that can definitely come from a primary source.
