If what I think Florence is saying is true, and the foundation has not
stepped in, then how did this string get into the spam filter? Who
decided to put it there and for what reason?
I believe River put it in, but I would have done the same if I was around
when the requests for this action came flooding in. The reason was that it
was being used in spam.
So, if I start spamming "George Bush" all over the wiki that string
will get blocked by the regex filter too?
