Personally I do not see what the deal about having official titles in
user names is. If I were american I may take offense to someone
putting those down. Personally I think it would not be confusing at
all to have Prime Minister Howard as a user name, although I do not
see the point in it as it is obviously not him contributing, he had a
country to run. John Howard on the other hand would only be allowable
if it were the persons actual name (and it is a common name in
australia).
