Add this to your skin's custom CSS:
.Template-Fact {display:none;}
The template will vanish from sight and bother you no more. I've done
something similar with the stub templates myself.
Not having a strong opinion either way wrt to inline templates, but I
believe the concerns are rather with the average reader who will see
them anyway.
