C'mon, even if you take Shirky's 100 million hours estimate, and multiply by
$10/hour (which is way more than the amateurs creating Wikipedia deserve),
and even if you don't subtract all the time that was spent fighting
vandalism and other wastes that wouldn't have happened in a business
setting... You could create Wikipedia for a billion dollars. More
realistically, I'm sure it could have been done for well under $100
million. Wikipedia was created incredibly inefficiently, after all.
