And that is exactly what I am talking about. You reduce the argument
to "who" is talking, not on the argument itself. This sort of ad hominem
is not just typical, it is downright the "Wikipedia" way of
thinking these days.
Maybe, but when someone I never saw before on the mailing list (or I forgot)
does a long e-mail like this on the mailing list. And when that user very
recently had a RFAR filed against him and is now banned indefinitely. It's
very hard to take that user or the e-mail seriously. Especially when you
read the case and see the diffs. That btw has got nothng to do with
editcount.
