position is reasonable does involve making a moral judgment.
I don't think it's necessary to make any moral judgments here. There
is a consensus, it seems, that Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. Even
you yourself agree that the article as it stands is not a good one.
But you think it could be cleaned up. I don't, not without
fundamentally changing the article in ways which would no longer
warrant the same title.
If someone cares to create a good article for the one in that
location, please do so, and let us know that you have. Maybe then my
opinion might be changed.
