Ok, you've got me puzzled. You asked me whether I thought the third
world *should* have internet access. That sounds like a moral judgment
that has nothing to do with whether Wikipedia should expect to gain
contributors by publishing hard or soft copies there.
But, um, this conversation isn't really going anywhere.
