really the guideline applies, with a very few exceptions which are
usually fully protected from editing, to every page on the wiki.
And I forgot to mention the depth of irony of voting on an issue like
this. Protracted discussion and polling on this guideline grossly
violates the spirit of the guideline being discussed and voted upon.
