Content be damned, we're here to run an
internet democracy, not write an encyclopedia!
But that's exactly the argument that many people who claim "AfD is not
working" and "everyone should have access to deleted articles" make.
Who would that be?
Indeed! Is anyone seriously asking for all deleted articles to be
made accessible? What about all the copyright infringements and
defamatory material? That just wouldn't make sense. This sounds like
a straw man.
Straw man arguments deserve similar responses. Stating that VFU is a check
of proper process does not imply that "we're here to run an internet
democracy, not write an encyclopedia!"
