Yes. The unusualness (is that a word?) of this arrangement means that it
would be inherently notable.
So every one of the tens of thousands of single-student private
schools in Michigan needs an article?
Are there really tens of thousands of them? Where is the list? I
really don't think it's possible to comment in detail on this without
seeing exactly what you're talking about.
