The beginning of 2006 was the Userbox Wars, where Kelly Martin got a
ridiculous RFC against her for ... removing blatantly
copyright-violating "fair use" images from userboxes.
There were ridiculous things before then. I think the community
weathers such things quite well. Individuals may encounter problems
but the show goes on.
