NPOV applies to articles. It does not have to apply to community report.
I would even say "please, make it pov, that is more distracting,
relaxing and fun". That is a change.
If people want to bring another pov, they can write articles to add to
the signpost.

Why is this running in Wikipedia? The first issue was perfectly
acceptable as newspaper reporting, but very far from NPOV. The article
about the QuakeWatch affair was full of speculation and innuendo, for
instance.
I'd appreciate a newspaper, but running this one in Wikispace doesn't seem
right to me.
Considering the first issue was done up entirely by one person...as this
becomes a community endeavour, we can expect individual POVs to dominate
less.
