from admins I have learned to respect - is that admins generally stand up
for each other first and last, whether they harbor reservations after the
fact.

Under the 3RR I've blocked 5 admins. Two of those cases resulted in
further actions which in tern cuased the admin to be de admined. There
is at least one block of an admin under the 3RR that was not carried
out by me.
