Thanks, Pete. It looks like Tim! actually followed deletion policy. The delete nom and
votes weren't tied to any specific violation, "fancruft" being the closest,
and that wasn't supported very well by the delete voters. The only error I see is Tim
writing there was "no consensus". Tim! seems to view consensus in different
