CheckUser doesn't appear to be switched on for me in 1.5 as yet, or I'd go look. I'll ask for it to be switched back on once the devs have the bugs from the 1.5 beta under control, and I'm back on IRC ;-)
CheckUser is broken in 1.5, so I can't do IP checks for the moment. I've filed a bug on it, and Tim will probably look into it when the devs have dealt with all the exciting new bugs that 1.5 going live will reveal! What fun ...
