I did checkuser and whois on this and found the ip which is from a provider in a major city and is used by many users. There were about 5 users, including one vandal. The block, from December 30 for 24 hours, should have expired. ips like this should only be blocked for 15 minutes or so. This user probably could have gotten in by rebooting then trying to connect again as the ip would probably have changed.

If the block was applied to your IP address, you need to give it, so we can check the block log. Admins cannot see which IPs are attached to a username (only people with the checkuser feature (developers and arbcom members) can.

I have been blocked for alleged vandalism. I think this is a mistake. The blockage applies to my IP address not my user name. I am unable to email the admin who decided to block me. This has happened before, I think things are getting confused.
My username is PatGallacher.
