I think we will pass Amazon before we pass Microsoft. Amazon seems to
be loosing some ground in absolute terms.

Oddly the numbers have been dropping just over the past few days.
If this
rise is sustainable it will be because the hardware position is much
improved (kudos to all concerned).
Another interesting comparison: if comScore says that WP's global
audience
is around 140 million, I read in my newspaper today that BBC World
Service
has 160 million. I don't know whether these numbers are credible,
naturally.
