page and ping a
suitable meta admin and dev.
I've just asked on wikitech-l (1) if anyone's working on a
finer-grained tool for determining what gets a nofollow and what
doesn't (2) if anything else on the interwiki map may become an
attractive nuisance to linkspammers.
