If it was an FA, then there was, at some point, consensus to promote
it.
Three people saying that they like an article is not "established
consensus". Moreover, Tony's concerns show that there *isn't* a consensus
that this article should be FA.
Ah, but his concerns don't show that there is a consensus that the
article should stop being an FA, which is what is required to demote
the article.
