Half a dozen inactive admin accounts have been cracked and used for
vandalism, though one presumes that the same problem would have
occured had they been active but not logged in at the time. One "went
rogue" a few months after leaving, with a spate of vandalism, but was
dealt with.
So, yes, but nothing significant in the long term.
