As far as I can make out, the person's edits have mostly been reverted. In fact, before seeing this post I reverted one of the user's edits over at [[South Africa]] without realising there's a pattern. Doubt he/she can do much damage, edits of this kind (especially by an IP) will soon be picked up by those with the affected articles on their watchlists.
