This is not sufficient permission for Wikipedia. We need permission
for the image to be usable under a free license, such as the GFDL. It
needs to be reusable commercially, not only by Wikipedia, but by
anyone who wants to make use of the content for any purpose. Although
Wikipedia itself is non-commercial and educational, re-use of it might
not be.
