Are you asking me? My opinion is no, the community as a whole does
not have a *right* to see that e-mail
Although, frankly, it's ridiculous to have a site that almost anyone
can edit anonymously but from which some people are banned from
editing. The better solution to this would be to pick one or the
other. Either stop letting people edit anonymously, or allow
anonymous contributions to stand on their own merits, regardless of
who made them.
