Hi all,
As of roughly 21:45 UTC on Tues, 16 Feb 2021, Wikidata Query Service’s
updater is currently experiencing an outage due to application server
overload. We are currently addressing the issue, but Wikidata workflows
will potentially be affected in the meantime.
We will send out another message with major updates on resolution of this
issue.
Thanks for your patience while we get things back up and running.

Hi,
Update on the outage.
Due to the application server overload, the new WDQS updater was affected
downstream and was temporarily shut down. However, as this new updater is
not currently in production, and the current production updater was not
shut down, there was minmimal impact on updates to Wikidata during the
event.
As of 22:22 UTC, 16 Feb, the block was removed on the new WDQS updater. The
server overload issue has also been resolved.
Once again, the event should not have had much, if any, effect in
production for Wikidata updates, but we apologize for any issues this may
have caused you in case it did.
