Has it been created any stakeholder group for this project, and who are the members? It is now several years since I pointed out that WMDE can't both deliver the software and be stakeholders at the same time. In a stakeholder group there must be people form both the data providers (repo, Wikidata) and data consumers (clients, Wikipedia, etc).

Hoi, The recent not very satisfactory situation that limits people in their query use is a case in point. It was stated that some people are "abusing" the system and as a consequence limits have been applied to everyone. When asked there is no answer to the question how the expected increase in use is to be met. Exponential growth on a service that is still very new is to be expected after all.
Another issue is with the lack of English Wikipedia to keep up with the changes at Wikidata. Again limits on the edits have been applied but there is no plan on how this is be met in a structured way.
Wikidata is developed to meet new challenges but the quality of the user interface is abysmal. It is because of Reasonator that Wikidata is more or less useful on an item level.
Wikidata is seen as subservient to other interests and it shows. Thanks, GerardM
