Is anyone aware of past work extracting these two files from enwiki-history? (1) Each Page ID in namespace=0 -> Page name (2) Same Page IDs + Each version ID -> List of linked page IDs I'd like to solve this well, but it doesn't need to be perfect. I guess it cannot be. For pages-current I used wikiprep years ago. I use perl daily.

Would be grateful for any advice :-)
