I have a request, and this is only from my personal perspective and not anything official. Please do not use all caps like this on Wikimedia mailing lists. It comes across as SHOUTING, and what is important or urgent for one person may not be important or urgent for the dozens, hundreds, or thousands of other people on a Wikimedia mailing list.
