Hello dear Chapter people,
I have put up a (very ;-)) long document on meta, written by Sue about
the Movement Roles project.

It is a (very) long read, but I recommend you take a look at it, as it
touches on many topics extremely important for the chapters. If you
lack time, you might want to look at the "Recap" section, and go back
to the parts of the document which set premises for the
recommendations.
