We tried that. Our living people bios ended up lousy with copyvios with fair use tags and no one really looked for free replacements.
Not just until some time as someone figures out that an image *might* be able to be replaced somehow (but we don't have one);
If an image can be replaced then it can be replaced. We can get by without an image untill a free one becomes available.
