Absolutely. The vast majority of the comments attached to donations during the fundraiser were nothing short of glowing. It made me feel proud to be part of the project just as a volunteer, and it surprises me that the board doesn't feel the same way.
What I *am* disappointed about is that any criticism about the board - criticism offered as a gesture of goodwill and an invitation to improve ourselves - is either met with defensiveness, or the long-suffering air of a martyr. It's not us vs the board. It's us with the board, trying to make sense of things.
