Is it enough to point out here that Wikipedia is, roughly, one of the
ten most visited websites and that you can't run one of those with a
$100/month low-rent shared hosting service? :)
Otherwise I don't know how to address it since that question implies
such a fundamental lack of understanding that nothing short of a novel
length reply is really going to make the person well informed.
