I know every time I tried even mild sarcasm in any context the
recipient has been offended--and I soon learned better--at least I
hope I have not relapsed.
The nature of edit summaries is rightly a frequent issues at RfA--not
just whether someone is using them or not.
I don't consider RfA an issue to consider...
