Obviously, some editors are worth trying to retain, but losing people is
scarcely a problem for us. We can simply draft in a new population or
two.
That is a sad state, Christiano. Perhaps
that is why the reliability and
consistency of the Project is so much in question in the larger world.
I don't know why you'd say that; if the WMF staff is continually rotating,
then yes, turnover is a major credibility issue. But we are not a paid staff
of editors; we are all volunteers. Turnover is to be expected.
