I agree... What I find peculiar about this proposal is that it seems
disassociated from the reality of day-to-day editing and the current
culture in en.wiki. One thing has become clear to me: as Wikipedia
becomes bigger and bigger, the ability to make any major changes will
be greatly diminished, in particular in issues related to the social
structure of the project.
