Yes, but at least theirs don't include HTML lamage.
I've never been crazy about compulsory sigs because I always felt that
the body of an email was for the sender and it should be clear to the
recipient what comes from the sender and what comes from "something
else". The headers are for the "something else".
Some webmail providers have "promotional sigs" but they are not
"compulsory". The user can go to preferences and remove it and/or add
their own.
